I am a walking, talking diversity. Born in Siberia, I've worked as an international psychotherapist for over 13 years, holding three master's degrees across theatre, psychology, and counseling. From working as an international model and authoring books to building a global platform empowering women, I've experienced a wide array of what life can throw at you — and I bring every bit of that range into the therapy room.

"All of these experiences culminate in my creative approach."

My clinical foundation is serious: a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling, licensure as a Mental Health Counselor in Florida, National Certified Counselor status, and ongoing doctoral work in clinical sexuality. But my training in theatre and the arts shapes how I use that foundation — through expressive art therapy, psychodrama, narrative work, and somatic techniques that move faster than talk alone often can.

I work with individuals, couples, and relationship configurations of every kind — monogamous, polyamorous, kink-identified, LGBTQIA+ — who want a direct, non-judgmental, and active therapeutic partner. If you've tried traditional talk therapy and felt like you were spinning your wheels, this is usually where people tell me the work finally started to move.

How my background shapes the work

Clients often ask how a theatre background and a counseling license fit together. In practice, it means I rarely rely on talk therapy alone. Expressive and neurographic art therapy, psychodrama, and narrative reframing give us tools to access what's underneath the surface story — especially useful when trauma, shame, or a relationship rupture has made the "talking about it" part feel impossible.

Clinically, I ground that creative work in evidence-based modalities: Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for emotional regulation, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to keep sessions moving toward tangible outcomes rather than open-ended processing.

As a doctoral student in clinical sexuality, I also bring specialized, current training to sexual health, desire discrepancy, performance anxiety, and intimacy after trauma or infidelity — topics many general therapists are not trained to address directly.

Curious if we'd work well together?

A consultation is a low-pressure way to ask questions and see if this approach fits what you're looking for.
